Most engagements use fixed fees. For selected projects, we can discuss a reduced upfront fee combined with an agreed commission on attributable sales. Terms are defined together before work starts.

Business strategy, brand identity, email marketing and ongoing support can be scoped separately. Third-party apps and subscriptions are clarified in your proposal. You remain responsible for your daily business operations.

How many products are included?

The number of products, variants and collections is defined in your proposal. There is no assumed unlimited catalogue setup.

Do you handle shipping and fulfilment?

We configure agreed delivery settings. Stock management, packing, shipping and customer service remain your responsibility.

Can you create product photographs?

Photography is not automatically included. We agree which assets you supply and whether additional creative work is needed.
